Fifth Night & Day - Presents and Painting

We had a quiet fifth night of Chanukah.  The kids received calendars (Jonah got a Spiderman one and Vera got a Dora one), socks (again Spiderman and Dora - and Jonah also got Spiderman underwear...) and a dreidel filled with gelt.  We had fun.  They LOVE eating gelt!!!

During the next day (the fifth day) I gave Jonah a little menorah canvas paint set from his Aunt Renee.  Vera was napping so we had a little paint time together.  He was really into it and took the whole thing very seriously.

Vera keeps asking me to read her calendar to her... and wants to wear every pair of socks at the same time because "I love them mommy!!!"  Jonah is very upset we haven't hung his up on the wall yet... and also insists on wearing the socks and underwear.

Kids are funny...  at least mine are to me...

Good Times!
